Palliative care is the active holistic care of patients with advanced progressive illness. We recognise the management of pain and other symptoms and provision of psychological, social and spiritual support is paramount in this time. Our focus for palliative care is to provide the best quality of life for patients and their families.

Palliative Care Service aims to Support you during this difficult time, making life more comfortable for everyone involved.

As part of our Sensitive Palliative Care Service, we ensure that you are treated as an individual, with dignity and respect. Taking into account the Cultural and Spiritual aspects of Care we will provide you with a Personalised Care Plan that will take into account your needs, preferences and choices. We also like to ensure continuity of Care, which is why we select a small team of carers who will be trained to understand the client and the family’s needs.
